Reserving a Room
Rooms at the WHSC Library are not designed to serve as classrooms for standing courses but are available for group meetings or collaborations. Individual and small group room reservations can be made using the online reservation calendar.
To request the computer classroom room (B_65) please login to 25Live with your Emory NetID and password to see availability and submit a request. For questions, please contact Ask A Librarian.
Policies for Reserving a Study Room
The WHSC Library has the following individual and small group rooms:
- Five (5) available rooms for individual use
- Four (4) study rooms with a capacity for 4 people
- One (1) study room for 6 people
- One (1) room with a capacity for 8 people
All reservations are first-available and may only be reserved up to 7 days in advance through the online reservation calendar. By default, reservations are for a two-hour period but may be shortened to one hour or expanded for up to a four-hour time block. Users may book up to four hours per day and 12 hours per week. Only current Emory students, staff, and faculty can make a reservation.
You must have your Emory ID for entry. When you arrive, please check in at the Information Desk. Reservations not checked in will be cancelled 15 minutes after the booked time.
Policies for Requesting the Computer Classroom
Requests may be made for the computer classroom (B_65) through 25Live. This is only a request and users must wait for a reservation confirmation before planning to use the space. Notifications are typically made within 2 business days. Requests must fall between 8am and 7pm, with a maximum capacity of 28 people.
Only current Emory students, staff, and faculty can request a reservation.
